At Dreads by Ree, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM (local time) will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

Our Standard Shipping option offers reliable delivery for customers who don't require express service.

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

Depending on the state you reside in. Need your order sooner? Select Express Shipping at checkout for faster delivery.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances that are outside of our control.

We appreciate your patience and understanding should this happen.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Dreads by Ree is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
